Job Description
With Marketing Lead support, is responsible for the effective implementation of a local market plan for the product(s) within Country. Product Manager provides input to local marketing planning and, with Marketing Lead support, ensures close alignment between Regional brand strategy and local implementation within each country.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment between IMCO and Italy
Ensuring alignment between Italy and IMCO with regards to brand strategies; ensuring diffusion of marketing plan from IMCO to Italy. Working with all Functions (Medical Affairs, Price & Trade Channel and Business Excellence etc.) to ensure deployment of Marketing Plans. Local Strategy and Local Project Management
Work with Marketing Lead on strategic plan and develop local marketing strategy, core campaign and tactics to be implemented in the annual marketing plan. Partnering with local market on go-to-market/launch strategy including marketing campaigns, communication etc. Curate and share best practices and process efficiencies across team. Ensure country execution is aligned with the regional priorities. Capability Building
Contribute to development of business plan. Ensure execution of campaigns and activities maximizing share growth for the brands. Adapt International marketing materials, get them approved, and develop their own materials for use at country level on an annual basis. Execute materials in marketing forums and media seeking feedback on effectiveness to amend as appropriate. Ensure preparation, translation, approval and execution of promotional material for country in line with brand/product communication plan. Qualifications
Requirements:
Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably Life Sciences. Experience of Pharmaceutical/Healthcare marketing/Digital marketing is desirable. Fluency in English. Strong analytical and financial skills. Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills. High level of project management experience, ability to manage multiple projects. Additional Information
