Pandora Italia is looking for a brilliant Temporary Commercial Project Manager (6 months) for our SEMEA cluster based in our offices in Milan.
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
This position will partner with the General Manager to support the continued growth of Pandora and drive Pandora's strategic initiatives.
Starting for the mid-term plan he/she will be a thought partner to the leadership team, and will support in setting and driving the Retail & Omnichannel growth agenda across the Cluster with a strong Outside-In approach on Retail and Jewelry market.
Additionally, this position will create structured ideas with other Departments, exploring new growth opportunities and develop recommendations for action.
This position will also critically analyze these go-to market plans from a balanced perspective.
This position will be responsible for provide periodic progress updates to the General Manager and other stakeholders.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Review mid-term plan with GM and/or other senior management.
Ensure adequate planning, resourcing and risk management is in place over each initiative.
- Be a thought partner for the GM, create frameworks for ideas, and develop plans for implementation.
Balance local and global considerations.
- Develop a point of view for the organization on external market trends, competition, and other external influences, e.g., omni capabilities, competitive analysis, the future of retail, etc.
- Play a key role in identifying strategic issues, opportunities and solutions - with active follow through to ensure well-planned execution and full implementation
- Solicit feedback from key stakeholders and obtain alignment on the priorities.
- Anticipate and identify risks and/or roadblocks and develop appropriate methods to minimize them.
- Ensure high quality of deliverables and be very hands-on in developing presentation material and analysis to leadership team.
- Facilitate delivery of cross functional objectives and ensure that the interfaces between teams are effective and efficient.
- Gain commitment from the teams to achieve business objectives through clear communication.
**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- 5+ years of experience from management consulting, strong in-house consulting unit or similar
- Relevant experience from a consumer oriented company (FMCG, retail, branded consumer goods, etc.
)
- Excellent english and italian knowledge
**PERSONAL SKILLS**
- Passion and excellent strategic mindset and commercial instinct
- Strong track record from management consulting, in-house consulting unit or similar
- Strong project management skills
- Good verbal and written communication, i.e.
able to deliver structured and simple messages on presentations to senior leaders
- Ability to build strong relationships to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and workshops for multiple senior stakeholders on her/his own
- Proactive, humble and driven - and also a team player
- Thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment
- International back-ground/experience is a plus
