You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Italian to promote our products and services.Achieve sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.Utilize advanced technical knowledge to provide product information and address customer inquiries effectively.Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement strategies and improve sales performance.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and proficiency in English (C1 level).Proven experience in telesales or customer acquisition roles preferred.Advanced technical skills and ability to learn about our product offerings quickly.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
