Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Special Processes Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Pistoia or Naples, Italy.
Accountabilities Define and monitor the Special Processes requirements, implement corrective actions for their achievement, promote actions to improve the Special Processes development.
Strong ability to analyze and summarize the problem and its causes (problem solving)Strong ability to work in a team (members internal or external to the Special Processes entity and geographically distributed on other HR STS sites)Required Skills/ Knowledge Design and construction of a mechanical joint:

Desired Skills/ Knowledge To be familiar with the following international standards:
EN 15085DIN 25201/pr_EN17976EN 17460EN ISO 12944Education / Qualifications Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (3- or 5-years Courses);
Owned certifications by Third Bodies related to Special Processes;
One or more years of professional experience in the main special processes listed below:
PaintingStructural BondingLanguages(optional) English (B2/C1 or higher);
Italian language is mandatory.
