Receive customer and team inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services via telephone and email Search for technical solutions and respond to customers and sales & service engineers Liaise with Product Management and Systems department in order to get the required information and solutions Contribute to operational efficiency and productivity of sales team by providing support and solutions for all kind of technical and commercial questions Support customers on site when requested (qualification test, applications analysis…) Prepare quotations in order to sell technical components Stay up to date on technical information, changes and updates Providing trainings to customers, distributors, sales and service team Managing complex projects by coordinating actions of the different contributors (Systems, Sales, Field Service, external providers) Prepare technical documents in public tenders To succeed, you will need: • Technical or scientific education

• Working experience in technical roles is a plus

• Good verbal and written English

• Good IT knowledge
