As the Technology Transfer Project Manager I, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic, international environment at our Monza site. Job Responsibilities: Ensure seamless reception and processing of client project requirements by internal functions. Convene and lead interdisciplinary Tech Transfer groups, coordinating tasks for new process/project introductions within the site. Coordinate project start-up, coordination, and progress monitoring, maintaining continuous contact with clients and troubleshooting with specialized support. Contribute to optimizing production processes, strictly adhering to cGMP and company procedures, and achieving technical savings. Support the Site Technical Business Manager in defining technical risks related to new job orders and business opportunities during client meetings. Required Skills: MSc in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologies or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a GMP manufacturing facility, with a strong grasp of pharmaceutical industry technical aspects and CMO manufacturing processes. Preferred: experience with sterile manufacturing. Proven project management skills and experience in leading projects. Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients at all levels. Ability to empower, coordinate, and guide multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in English and Italian (speaking, reading, writing).
