Anson McCade is pleased to collaborate with a leading technology consultancy to find an experienced Technology Delivery Consultant to join their dynamic and innovative delivery team.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead improvements in the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of clients' business processes and operations as part of large-scale technology transformations.
• Support the implementation of extensive transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of strategic recommendations that align with the client's objectives.
• Contribute to the design and execution of project management strategies, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify challenges, formulate hypotheses, conduct analyses, and convert data into actionable insights, presenting these to key stakeholders.
• Drive client action by formulating and executing plans to implement strategic recommendations, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Proven experience in establishing and implementing Project Management Office (PMO) tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and LeanIX.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and lead end-to-end digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in preparing and refining project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Expertise in developing and implementing strategic recommendations and managing execution.
Key Skills: • Strong knowledge of IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, process excellence, and business integration.
• Experience with project management tools used in large IT transformations, including Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and LeanIX.
• Familiarity with the Tech B2B context.
• Robust analytical abilities with an organized, deadline-driven work style.
• A proactive team player with independent thinking capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices in program management, process improvement, and risk management.
Education: • Required: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Management, or another tech-related field.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, start-ups, or other business environments, ideally within the technology industry (experience in this sector is advantageous but not essential).
