The Transfer Technician with the task of RDL (works manager) is a key figure in the coordination and supervision of the assembly, commissioning and start-up activities of integrated plants and lines around the world. This position requires a professional with proven experience in the field of site management, capable of managing heterogeneous and multicultural work teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets, as well as ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities Coordination of Site Activities: Plan, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the construction site, ensuring that the work proceeds according to the established schedule. Personnel Management: Supervise the work of site personnel, including workers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring an effective distribution of tasks. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of the work performed, ensuring that they comply with the required technical specifications and standards. Occupational Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, preventing accidents and promoting a safe working environment. Materials Management: Control the procurement and use of materials, verifying that they are of adequate quality and available in a timely manner. Communication and Reporting: Maintain constant communication with the Client and Project Manager, providing regular updates on the progress of the work and reporting any problems or delays. Cost Management: Monitor site costs, looking for solutions to keep the project within the established budget limits. Problem Solving: Identify and promptly resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the execution of the work. Requirements Education: Technical Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent training. Experience: Minimum 3-year experience in the construction site sector in the industrial field, with roles of responsibility and coordination. Language Skills: Good knowledge of the English language, any other languages will be considered a plus. Technical Skills: Knowledge of automation issues, reading of technical drawings, management of materials and equipment. Management Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for teamwork. Computer skills: Mastery of the Ms Office package. Certifications: Possession of certifications relating to the duties of an electrical worker (e.g. Training Certificate for Pes, Pav, ...) will be considered a plus.
