Technical Molding Department Leader What are your main tasks? Planning of production capacities, personnel, distribution of shifts of the plastic injection plant
Maintenance planning of plastic injection plant equipment and tools
Budget and investment planning, planning of plastic injection plant meetings
Maintains relevant operational and technical documentation, checks maintenance and ensures ordering of spare parts
Leads and coordinates employees, distributes tasks and checks their fulfilment, approves the inclusion of workers on shifts, ensures extraordinary shifts
Responsible for compliance with work safety, fire protection, and environmental protection. Checks workplace ergonomics
What are your qualifications? University degree - Engineering profile
Experience - minimum 2 years in IM manufacturing
Organizational skills
