Also important in this role is the ability to evaluate and analyze complex information and a natural desire to help people understand it.If you have excellent communication skills, passion and self–motivation, you would like to contribute with your experience, while developing your proficiency in a highly creative team, we would like you to be a part of our company!What You Will DoCollaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other cross-functional team to gather information to produce documentationUnderstandproduct features and functionality to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentationOrganize and structure content in a logical & coherently manner to facilitate easy comprehension by end users and techniciansTailor documentation to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including end users and technicians responsible for product maintenanceWork with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to incorporate visual elements such as diagrams, screenshots, and videos to enhance understandingReview and edit existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and completeness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and incorporate revisionsImplement version control for documentation to track changes and updatesStay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writingConduct usability testing on documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure audience satisfactionWho we are looking forUniversity degree (minimum Bachelor) in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Communication, English, Engineering or Computer Science) or equivalent experienceFluent English proficiency (oral & written)Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology or engineering environmentProficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare).Knowledge of product development processes and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBasic proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) for incorporating visual elements like diagrams and illustrations into documentation.Excellent communication skills (oral & verbal)Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex informationOrganizational & effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.Strong collaborative skills
