- In Italy we are present with more than 700 people and 5 production sites. With our main local brands FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA and LARETER, we make products for the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors. _
We offer a role as **Sales Technical Support Specialist **, who will report to the Technical Support Manager Italy, and will be based in our plant in **Casella (GE) **. For the initial phase the position is **fixed-term **. The figure will provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance for products sold by Aliaxis Italy (brand FIP, ASTORE, REDI, ISEA and resales), to both sales team (Domestic and Export) and Customers, in compliance with the service level expected by the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide assistance to sales team (Domestic and Export) and Customers, in terms of product identification and technical solution proposal, replying to their question with respect to market service time.
- Deliver Quotations for special out-of-catalogue products as well as for complex tenders where a strong technical knowledge is required to match Customer's request.
- Discuss and define custom products/accessories with the suppliers, their availability, performances & costs.
- Provide post-sales assistance to Customers in terms of operation and maintenance consultancy.
- Perform Claim management activities, including goods return, technical analysis for investigation and technical report emission.
- identify continuous improvement solutions focused on products, documentation and services, discussing them with Marketing, Quality and Innovation departments.
- Perform communication on near miss and hazardous situation detected during the activities performed on production areas (i.e. laboratories).
**Required Competencies**:
- Technical Institute Diploma or recent graduate in Engineering.
- Good knowledge in written/spoken English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Communication Skills and ability to manage conflict.
- Proactive and analytical attitude.
- Good manual skills is a plus.
