The successful candidate will be part of FAAC Parking Solutions , the FAAC Group Business Unit that develops, produces and distributes the most advanced, flexible and reliable parking solutions.
Specifically, within the Technical Assistance Department, an international team that manages after-sales services in terms of Parking System Installations, supervising the commissioning of new systems, maintenance and troubleshooting, working with a wide combination of software and frameworks.
Main responsibilities: Supporting the Service Teams in the local markets (Hub Subsidiaries, Partners, Distributors)Supporting the local Service Teams in understanding the customer requests and needs, providing the best applicable solutionIn-house product checks in order to analyse and filter feedback and requests from the marketWorking in close collaboration with our R&D departmentDevelop and conduct suitable training solutions to technicians of subsidiaries and/or external partners , in form ofTraining courses (conducted online or in the presence), Video tutorials or Technical guidelines and documentationCreating training materials and technical documentationMonitoring the technical skills improvement on the Hub products of Subsidiaries, Partners, Distributors Main requirements and skills: Technical Background (Information Technology / Electronic or similar )Previous experience in a role of technical support, especially after salesExperience in troubleshooting network-related issues (ip protocol, routing) and upgrading/installing Hard- and SoftwareBasic knowledge of SQLExperience in working with PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Asterisk PBX systems or AWS will be considered as a plusFluency in English, both written and spokenStrong communication skills and the ability of achieving great results
