**:The support team at the Retail unit is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for an enthusiastic specialist to join our team.
You will be working with B2B customers worldwide and you will deliver effective technical and customer support for retail applic
ations.
- You will be responsible for receiving, investigating, troubleshooting and further escalating a variety of issue types in order to provide the best support of our products and ultimately the best customer experience.

- What you'll do as a Technical Support Specialist:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and identify various types of technical issues including network-related problems, software bugs and peripheral device configurations.
- Follow up on escalations in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with systems - Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, Kibana, internal tools.
**What you'll bring**:
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with solid customer service know-how.
Delivers information effectively in support of the team or workgroup.
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work on shifts including nights and weekends.
