About the Aftersales Department: The Aftersales department of BYD Europe is responsible for all fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnosis & analysis, and product improvement related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks. This includes providing technical support to our customers and service providers, and continuous feedback to HQ and R&D teams for product improvement. The main objective of the Aftersales department is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction, benefiting the business and future sales.
Mobile Engineer Responsibilities:
The Mobile Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional aftersales service to customers of commercial vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance, repair, and customer satisfaction. This role involves extensive travel to customer sites, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and promoting company products and services to enhance customer loyalty.
Main Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Undertake and assist with post-sales operational issues (e.g., technical diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance). Check and collect feedback on technical documentation (e.g., manuals, diagnostic diagrams, etc.). Lead in providing technical solutions for highly sensitive topics. Help Authorized Workshops implement technical updates and activity campaigns. Create FMEA / D-FMEA reports, and collaborate with R&D and QA teams for product improvement. Support Team Management: Supervise diagnostic tools, special equipment, and spare parts in use at authorized workshops. Collaborate with authorized workshops to ensure excellent capabilities and quality of service for customers. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Schedule account and operational meetings with customers. Manage customer requests and complaints. Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher. Relevant experience in maintenance is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. We Offer:
