What you would do as our Technical Sales and Product Support – DAS In order to succeed in the role, we expect great IT capabilities, knowledge of digital solutions, and the ability to handle tasks under continuous pressure. You would be working in close collaboration with our customers and company internal and external experts. We expect fluent written and spoken English to maintain good quality in communication.
You would also:
Provide 2nd line support to technical partners in the market. Work with customers and employees to identify the correct solution that addresses their needs, from technical to budget point of view, and identify installation or specification problems while advising on the correct solution. Provide detailed project quotes and training on Digital and Access Solutions products to both internal staff and external customers. Develop knowledge of customers (their needs, problems, and business), provide regular reports on KPIs, and understand the market and competitors. Maintain Digital and Access Solutions Document Management to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available. The skills and experience you need: We are looking for someone who:
Is educated to University degree level in an Engineering discipline (or similar) with some postgraduate work experience. Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment would be useful. Has experience in producing and delivering technical/product training, both interactive and hands-on, for small groups and in front of larger audiences. Previous experience in electronic access control or integrated security solutions market is preferred. Possesses very strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills, with ITIL, security, SQL, or networking-related certifications. Is an excellent communicator who can explain sometimes complicated concepts to managers and others across the region, with excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
