The resource, placed in the Technical Support team, will be responsible for customer service and repair of duplicating machines in support of international offices and distributors.
Description of the Ideal Candidate
The candidate will preferably have previous experience in technical support of electronic and mechanical machines, with a good foundation in the use of IT tools and ticketing platforms.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure good functioning of the technical after-sales service for distributors and end customers. Manage repairs in the designated laboratory. Manage returns and non-conformance complaints. Follow up on software upgrade audits and spare parts management. Follow up on periodic inventory. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong focus on customer satisfaction. Flexibility. Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Minimum Requirements
Degree in a technical field (electronics/mechatronics/electrical). Knowledge of Windows environment and information systems. Good knowledge of English. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad (worldwide). Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of French language. Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of Service Management Best Practices. Offer and Benefits
