**As a Technical Sales Representative for Industrial Coatings you will support business development, by providing technical service and advice.

Advance PPG's market position through the development of technical service support, and provide immediate response to customer emergencies.
Ensure that a strong communications network exists between internal and external stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- ** To visit customer portfolio on agreed frequency basis.

- ** To lead new complex technical business development projects at potential and existing customers**:
- ** Liaise, and work with laboratory on product developments / customer projects.

- ** Support Sales & Technical team with potentially 75% as percentage of travel within the area of **responsibility.

- ** Propose sales agreements: price, payment, delivery, guarantees.

- ** Coordinate with sales support and customer service in order to deliver products in the best way possible with customer satisfaction.

- ** Manage customer complains/claims: logistic, invoicing, technical by interfacing with the relevant parties involved.
