What you can look forward to as Technical Service Field Engineer (m/f/d) Industrial Application: Supply field mobile service, commissioning activities, diagnosis, failure analysis, light field repair and technical training to Customers for industrial applications such as Rail, ropeway, stationary package and off-road vehicles. Manage technical claims and requested technical support of OE or aftermarket customers. Manage non-conformity claims and retrofit activities with OE and End-Customer. Develop workshop tasks and processes to improve workshop performance. Your profile as Technical Service Field Engineer (m/f/d) Industrial Application: Experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electric components, troubleshooting ability, and experience in Technical Support for Customers. University degree or diploma in mechanical engineering. Driving license B, IT basic skill, Italian and English fluent. Aptitude for interpersonal relationships and teamwork, strong customer orientation both internal and external. Excellent communication and listening skills across a wide group of audiences. Flexibility, high motivation, and mobility. Willingness to travel. Initiative and decision-making. What we offer you: Dynamic and international environment.
