UnipersonaleWhat you can look forward to as Technical Service Field Engineer - Industrial Application:Supply field mobile service, commissioning activities, diagnosis, failure analysis, light field repair and technical training to Customers for industrial applications as Rail, ropeway, stationary package and off-road vehicles.Manage technical claims and requested technical support of OE or aftermarket customers.Manage no-conformity claims and retrofit activities with OE and End-Customer.Develop workshop tasks and processes to improve workshop performance.Your profile as Technical Service Field Engineer - Industrial Application:Experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electric component and troubleshooting ability and Experience in Technical Support for Customers.University degree or diploma in mechanical engineering.Driving license B, IT basic skill, Italian and English fluent.Aptitude to interpersonal relationship and teamwork, strong customer orientation both internal and external.
