Position Reporting to the TSS IS Supervisor, the TSSE is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce and provides technical support for both domestic and foreign colleagues.
Main activities Doing technical specification analysis and product selectionDoing technical proposalProviding technical documentationBearing and gears calculation in the proposal phasePreparing general assembly drawingsUpdating project time scheduleSupporting other members of the sales team by training them on the product applicationsRequirements Education Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic EngineeringRequirements English - good knowledgeStrong mechanical skills2D-3D technical drawingMicrosoft Office - good knowledgeJob experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar positionAdditional Required Professional Qualifications Include: Research and analytical skillsOrganizational skillsProactivityCommunication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients and relay this to colleagues.Teamworking skills
