As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
Drive sale of OSRAM products for the automotive industry in Italy on the basis of vanselling (presentation and acquisition of orders directly from the van mainly to automotive shops and workshops)Ensure development and maintenance of customer databaseOrganize and plan visits in close coordination with distributors and sales staffTake care of an appropriate merchandising display in the carProvide technical training on products, both to regular customers and to young students in the automotive sectorMonitor and analyze the existing market to pursue opportunities of sales growthPlan and prepare attendance to promotional events on automotive aftermarket products for showing samples of the products, and explaining them in detail to some professional's users who buys them. These events can be also organized by spare parts distribution partner companies, and will take place at high-level locations in Italy, both on weekdays and weekends.Collaborate with other colleagues in product quality monitoring activities, collecting feedback from the sales force, and processing the data in specific forms, finalized at product quality increase
Technical high school educational backgroundKnowledge of or experience in the automotive sector would be an advantageStrong ability to establish a business relationship with customersHigh level of sales, communication and presentation skillsAble to organize, and conduct technical training sessionsCategory B driving licence and experience in driving, in particular the ability to maneuver a van on small propertiesOrganized and planning orientedFluency in English
