As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps, we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry-leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g., with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
Responsibilities:Drive sale of OSRAM products for the automotive industry in Italy on the basis of vanselling (presentation and acquisition of orders directly from the van mainly to automotive shops and workshops).Ensure development and maintenance of customer database.Organize and plan visits in close coordination with distributors and sales staff.Take care of an appropriate merchandising display in the car.Provide technical training on products, both to regular customers and to young students in the automotive sector.Monitor and analyze the existing market to pursue opportunities for sales growth.Plan and prepare attendance at promotional events on automotive aftermarket products for showing samples of the products and explaining them in detail to professional users who buy them.Collaborate with other colleagues in product quality monitoring activities, collecting feedback from the sales force, and processing the data in specific forms, finalized at product quality increase.Minimum Requirements:Technical high school educational background.Knowledge of or experience in the automotive sector would be an advantage.Strong ability to establish a business relationship with customers.High level of sales, communication, and presentation skills.Able to organize and conduct technical training sessions.Category B driving licence and experience in driving, particularly the ability to maneuver a van on small properties.Organized and planning-oriented.Fluency in English.
