We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to support our growing customer base in Central and Southern Europe countries, with a focus on the refrigeration market. The primary responsibility is to provide direct technical support for refrigeration applications to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Providing specialized technical support to clients, optimizing the use of CAREL products in the Refrigeration (REF) segment.Collaborating with the Branch Sales team to promote tailored solutions and prepare detailed technical-commercial proposals.Managing customer requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Promoting new products through seminars and dedicated events.Preparing periodic reports on technical activities and customer requests.Maintaining clear and informative technical communication with clients, ensuring they are continually updated.Supporting the development and opening of new business and commercial areas.Qualifications: Diploma or degree in a technical or engineering field, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Thermotechnics, or equivalent experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.Availability to travel abroad for 30% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.Strong team-working skills and the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems.Experience in managing training sessions, seminars, and technical-commercial presentations.Share the values of the Carel Culture Code!Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of significant experience in the HVAC/R sector, with a particular emphasis on refrigeration.Knowledge of ERP and CRM management systems.Previous experience in technical support or technical sales roles.Experience in companies with a matrix organizational structure.What we offer: Work-life balance: remote working and flexitime.On-boarding program and continuing training.Company welfare: company canteen, life insurance, welfare platform, company bonus, contributions to school expenses.Carel BoostCamp, a three-year training course for new hires under the age of 30, aimed at developing transversal skills, such as project management, cross-cultural communication, and problem solving.At Carel, we are actively committed to achieving our sustainability objectives, outlined in our "Driven by the Future - Sustainability in Action" plan.
