TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER Position:
The Technical Sales Manager for Industrial Specialties is responsible for the integral management of the customer journey, with a focus on sales from a technical/advisory point of view and the detection of new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities: The Technical Sales Manager will work in the following sectors: Construction Chemistry, Agriculture, and Water Treatment.Managing and accelerating the pipeline of current opportunities.Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities.Survey of potential customers and products.Competitor analysis and benchmarking of products and sales.Sales preparation, including in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, sales conditions, and service process.Planning and monitoring of customer visits.Development of sales actions to maintain and improve customer relations.Gathering information on customer needs and passing it on to the organisation.Supporting technical assistance and handling customer complaints.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent. A master's degree will be considered a plus.At least 5 years' experience in chemical sales (Construction Chemistry/Agriculture/Water Treatment).Fluent English.Teamwork.Customer orientation.Focus on results.Planning and organisation.Place of work:
