The Global A&PS department at Alfa Laval (BFB) San Bonifacio VR is looking for an Application & Product Specialist.
Reporting to: APS Channel Sales Manager.
Responsibilities: Provide in-depth technical advice to sales companies, customers, and central teams on product and application related issues, working as a product & application expert.Activities: Provide solutions for deep technical requests regarding the selection of our products.Engage with the sales force to provide support for technical matters.Address Product Care requests in cooperation with R&D.Troubleshoot issues involving our products.Requirements: New graduate or student in Engineering (Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Energy, Chemical, Management).Good English level (B2).Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite.Ability to listen and engage in dialogue with the sales force.Problem-solving attitude.
