Position Overview:
Nubilaria is offering an internship leading to a permanent position, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team with a foot in Administration. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic business initiatives through effective data management and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Accurately input client data into our CRM system and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales, and invoices. Sales Support: Assist project coordinators by managing tickets, including monitoring KPIs and scheduling interventions. Statistical Analysis: Perform detailed market and customer analysis using various evaluation criteria to support strategic decisions. Pricing and Quoting: Help update and draft pricing lists and simplify the quotation process under the guidance of the Sales Director. Market Research: Support sales and marketing efforts by gathering and analyzing information about the sector, competitors, and market trends from various online sources. Operational Support: Assist in the daily administrative tasks and project management to ensure smooth operations within the sales and marketing department. Required Qualifications:
Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a technical commercial diploma is required. Basic knowledge of clinical study management is a plus. Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM platforms. Language Proficiency: Italian (C2) with good command of English (B2 level); additional European languages are a plus. Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently complete projects and operational tasks under the supervision of the Sales Director.
