We are on the lookout for a IT Technical Project Manager specialized on HR Platforms for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.
He\/she will have a strong background in HR process and a keen interest in cutting-edge HR IT solutions.
Ideally, he\/she will bring a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive initiatives within our Agile and SAFe Agile frameworks.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master) are highly desirable;
- Proven experience in technical project management, particularly with HR IT platforms such as SAP Success Factors, E-Learning Platform, workforce planning;
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project delivery;
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and initiative, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Lead the implementation of market-leading HR IT solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget;
- Manages projects, reporting to IT hierarchy, and is responsible for end-to-end delivery to internal and external clients;
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project outcomes align with business needs, managing expectations and communications with non-technical stakeholders;
- Oversee external consultancies and providers, ensuring their contributions are effectively integrated into project objectives;
- Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement and delivery.
