What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development and execution of complex projects in the electronic machinery and applications domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, combined with proven expertise in Agile project management methodologies. This role demands a dynamic individual capable of driving project success from conception through to completion, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and timeframes.
What you'll do:
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of electronic machinery and software applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope. Implement and manage Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, to enhance project efficiency and adaptability. Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure continuous improvement and effective team collaboration. Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project momentum. Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Oversee the development of project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and user manuals. Ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and validate the integration of electronic machinery with associated software applications. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Proficiency in the English language. Strong understanding of development processes, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) or equivalent. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related experience.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technical environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing electronic machinery or software application projects. Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or equivalent Agile certification. Any Project Management related certification or master. CI/CD and automation tools like Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD, Travis-CI. Knowledge of Linux environments. What we are offering and benefits:
