Funzione descrizione Randstad Italia SpA, a leading outsourcing company, is seeking a Technical Project Manager Assistant to join the team of one of our clients - a renowned Chinese multinational telecom company at the forefront of the electronic consumer sector.

Contract: Fixed-term or Staff Leasing contract
Responsabilità Job Responsibilities: Support project operations of our technical teams (Labs), ensuring efficient development and execution of projects.Support the operation of commonly used internal processes (such as publication of internal documents, reimbursement process, online research tools for asset management).Organize regular business meetings within our Labs and track outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.Organize team activities (such as workshops) and team-building initiatives within our Labs, to foster a positive team atmosphere.Functie-eisen Requirements: Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing projects and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.Good learning and adaptability skills, with strong resilience under pressure and a strong sense of mission.Experience in successfully delivering large conferences and events is preferred.Fluency in Italian, English, and Chinese.
