The technical project manager is responsible for the implementation of small and large projects. He/she focuses on acquiring skills such as project commitments, including communication with all stakeholders, project budget management, and resource allocation. The Technical Project Manager monitors team performance using appropriate tools and regularly reports any discrepancies to the Project Manager and Delivery Manager. Under the supervision of the Delivery Manager, may be called upon to act as a mediator between the development team and the client's operations team and to increase client or user satisfaction. Your role Reports to the Delivery Manager/Head of Delivery BL and Customer Project Manager. Performs day-to-day delivery management of small and large projects. Develops skills in managing project budget, customer relations, resource allocation, and team performance. Monitors daily team performance and addresses any deviations. Submits progress, problem and solution reports to the Delivery Manager and Customer Project Manager. Assist in measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Develop risk management skills to minimize project risks. Manage resource availability and allocation. Participate in the estimating process with the team (development, testing and BA). Report and escalate to Customer Project Manager/Delivery Manager/Head of Delivery BL as needed. Demonstrate leadership skills. Demonstrate good communication skills through various channels.
