You are warmly welcome to submit your application ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Technical Project Manager, you will serve as the technical expert bridging the gap between BU Industry's innovative products and their valued customers. You will ensure projects are secured on-site and collaborate with sales, supply, logistics, and the engineering team. For certain solutions, you may also be responsible for commissioning on-site. In this role, you will conduct physical site visits when needed and manage the project alongside the team, contractors, and clients. You should be comfortable working hands-on and continuously striving for optimal technical solutions and project improvements. Additionally, you will provide technical support during the evaluation of new projects, answering customer inquiries and understanding their needs with a problem-solving approach. You will join the R&D team, part of the Industry division at GPBM, working in the energy storage business and industrial battery packs (OEM industry). The industry division is a fast-growing part of GPBM, so you will have the opportunity to be a part of our growth journey moving forward. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering, project management, or similar educational background. A couple of years' experience as an electrical and/or mechanical engineer, technical project manager, or similar role in project management. A true interest in learning new things and a strong curiosity. Coordination and stakeholder management skills. Able to work efficiently and independently to achieve progress on the work you have set up and prioritized. Excellent communication skills in English. It is considered as meritorious if you have: Knowledge in battery chemistries and battery installations. Knowledge in battery technology, energy storage (Battery Energy Storage System), or a related field. Experience in BMS (Battery Management System). Experience with technical drawing, AutoCAD, or other system design and development tools.
