INFIBRA TECHNOLOGIES was established in 2014 as a spin-off company of the Scuola Superiore
Sant'Anna, by a group of researchers, highly skilled in fiber optic sensors systems.
From the beginning, the focus has always been on the engineering of state-of-the-art fiber optic sensors systems and their exploitation in industrial field, capitalizing the huge technical expertise in the field.
From 2020 Infibra Technologies is part of a primary automotive player and it is fully concentrated in developing new high tech solutions.
Based on the last significant growth Infibra Technologies is looking for a:
**Technical Project Leader**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manages, coordinates and controls projects in order to guarantee the alignment between the project targets and results.
- Responsible for periodical checks on the progress scheduled activities
- Coordinate the technical activities linked to the design phase and prototype production and testing validation activities.
- Support for the definition of technical specifications
- Preparation of project proposals or problem solutions
- Manages the project's development, responsible for the timing and costs
- Manages the customer relation.
- Reporting on progress work and activities
**Requirements**:
- Master Engineering degree (Electronics, Mechanics or Management Engineering)
**Technical skills**
- Previous experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- Knowledge in project management skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, die casting) a plus
- Knowledge of material processing a plus
**Personal skills**:
- Ability to work as a team.
Ability in building trust in professional relationship.
- A demonstrated problem solving ability
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Available to travel in Italy towards project partner's headquarters and Infibra Technologies offices.
**Location**: Pisa and Bergamo Area
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Stipendio: €30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
