Job Description The Technical Project Implementation Specialist is responsible for configuring, deploying, maintaining and supporting 3rd party SAAS software solutions within our technology environment. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, setup, and maintenance of various systems. This role involves overseeing property management software implementations, managing project timelines, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities:Set up, configure, maintain and become an SME on the following SAAS systems:Hotel PMS systems (Apaleo)Multi-family PMS system (Yardi)Channel manager and GDS connections (Siteminder)Guest journey and comms (HubSpot)Pre-check (Autohost)Internet booking engine (Detco)Revenue solutions (Flyr)Housekeeping (Breezeway)OTA configuration (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia)Credit card processing (Adyen)Project manage and sequence all of the above across concurrent property setupsTroubleshoot and support issues and creative problem solving with any of the above systemsOnboarding and Training:Lead the onboarding process for site and unit build with other departmentsProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SAAS systemsQuality Assurance:Test software configurations to ensure accuracy and functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during implementationDocumentation:Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and best practicesCreate user guides and training materialsCollaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, support, sales) to align project goalsCommunicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholdersContinuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencyQualifications:Comfort with navigating and learning new SAAS systemsExperience with configuring SAAS systemsExcellent independent problem-solving skills and attention to detailPrior experience with any of the software mentioned above, especially Yardi and Hubspot is a plus, but not requiredPrior experience with hotel, multi-family or property management software is preferredPrior experience with hospitality software systems (retail, restaurant, etc.) as a proxy for the above systemsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrentlyProven experience in software implementation, configuration, or project managementExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
