Technical Program Manager II Independently drives execution of technical projects within or across a small set of teams, and acts as a force multiplier to free the team to focus on technical delivery.
What you will do: Leads Agile ceremonies without supervision.
Assists on software development projects where Agile engineering methods (e.g., Extreme Programming, Feature Driven Development) are applied.
Assists subject matter experts in defining requirements as needed.
Tracks project schedule by obtaining input from working team.
Keeps relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule.
Maintains program/project documentation and corresponding meetings as needed.

user flows, technical system design and workflows).
Clearly and confidently articulates decision-making rationale, solutions, methodologies and frameworks to team members and both technical and non-technical partners.
Proactively contributes to cross team collaboration ensuring the best available information is included in analysis and shares findings with peers and leaders.
Considers the audience's needs and context when crafting solutions or presenting ideas and is able to identify how the needs of different audiences may differ.
Exhibits knowledge of the organization's processes, objectives, and challenges and their impact on the business.
Who you are: Experience: 2 - 4 years Understands capabilities required and can articulate them.
Relevant experience required or higher education.
Functional/ Technical Skills Communication Project Management Agile Practices Process Skills and Techniques Applies knowledge of the software development lifecycle and the various agile engineering practices that can be used (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, acceptance testing).
Understands the pros and cons of Agile methodologies.
