**Posizione**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to oversee the technical aspects related to customer engagement in the Agricultural & Construction industry. This individual will be responsible for overall coordination of technical teams, operational teams, IT teams in order to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of products (telematics solutions, electronic diagnostic services, Electronics-On-Board) and related services in the customer context.
**Activities**:
- Coordinate and oversee the technical aspects of projects related to agricultural and construction telematics and electronic diagnostics solutions for each customer.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of telematics and diagnostics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, customer service, manufacturing and sales, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of customer needs in the agricultural and construction industries, translating them into technical specifications and project plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary technical point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to drive the development and implementation of telematics and electronic diagnostics solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of customer environments to identify opportunities for system integration and improvement.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products and solutions, working closely with quality assurance teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage project timelines and customer budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and leverage industry best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of our solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in agricultural and construction telematics and electronic diagnostics, incorporating relevant insights into project strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requisiti**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program or project management, ideally in agricultural and/or construction telematics and/or electronic diagnostics.
- Strong technical background. Understanding of telematics systems, diagnostics tools, and related technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with the agricultural and construction industries, including their specific needs, challenges, and regulatory requirements would be appreciated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to drive teams, influence decision-making, and manage conflicting priorities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
