Technical Program Manager

We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Delivery Studio.
Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering, and product leaders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
Influencing systems owners, engineering priorities, and architecture decisions;
Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and status;
Develop and implement processes for technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution;
Support continuous improvement by improving the ways of working, tools, and processes;
Monitor and report on the progress of technical programs, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
What will help you succeed:
7+ years of experience in the software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues;
Ability to think critically and objectively with a solutions-oriented approach;
Driven and outcome-focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting to a changing environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;
Fluent English language knowledge.
