The function Technical Leader drives initiatives and manages the running activities of the Bank ensuring the alignment with priorities, supporting the continuous improvement, and developing a sustainable environment. Key Responsibility Manage Run and Change initiatives with technological, organizational, or procedural changes in line with priorities and due date that came from Regulation, Global agreements, or Commercial and TECH Strategic Plan. Built and lead the Delivery plan of the initiatives involving the relevant stakeholders and collaborate with them in running project activities and making decisions to guarantee the achievements. Provide the proper Communication plan for the initiatives ensuring a regular status update, escalations when needed and elaborate solutions to manage issues and risks occurring within the day-by-day activities. Collaborate with the Retail and COO department to set up a proper Business Case for initiatives, monitor and keep under control related Costs in order to guarantee that results are in line with the original approval. Put in place guidelines and global solutions that come from HO ensuring that TECH global and local Strategy is taken in proper account. Support ITAL and Sponsor to manage the several interdependencies between the different changes proving solution and plan to ensure the delivery.Qualifications Mandatory academy background in Economy or Engineering degree.Fluent written and spoken English languages.Experience to design and lead strategic and innovative Programs with the strong capability to manage relevant stakeholders and with knowledge in TECH environment.Excellent communication skills and strong organizational mindset.Experience in quantitative analysis and budget management.Passionate, motivate, flexible and able to solve problems and challenges leveraging on a sustainable prospective.Duration Permanent Location
