We look forward to meeting you!As the GCoC HyFlex owner, you will work closely with Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Project Management and Sales to coordinate activities within the GCoC. You will support and guide the organization on manufacturing and site operations topics and develop HyFlex from a demonstrator to a fully industrialized product.Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.Your responsibilities:Product development : Support product development with inputs and recommendations related to Manufacturing & Site commissioning and troubleshootingManufacturing and site operations :Lead the start-up of the manufacturing line assembling the product and guide site operationsProduct Lifecycle : Develop and maintain engineering, service and customer documentation with the support of Product Management and ad hoc functions (Quality, R&D, etc).Guide and support the engineering with product design changes in the early stage of product lifecycle in order to improve the adaptation of the product to customer needs. Sales : Support Sales and Tendering during tendering phase: technical presentations, technical documents, pictures, etc.DEMO unit : Coordinate and handle the DEMO Unit for trial/demonstration projects at customer sites with the help from support functionsYour background:A technical background with 5+ years of domain experience in MV/LV electrical engineering and site commissioningExperience working cross functionally and with hydrogen and fuel cells is a major plusDeep competence in electrical systems and power electronics: Converters, protection & controls, PLC software, MV or LV systemsSolid and successful experience in developing, implementing and enhancing product strategies, processes and systems in international, cross-functional setups Willingness to travel 15-20% of timeInterested in joining our team?If so, we look forward to receiving your full application (CV, references)
