Tasks
- Coordinate the agile development team as the Product Owner
- Identify and translate customer and business requirements into clear, well-defined requirements for UI/UX and Development
- Ensure the development team always has a sufficient number of prepared tasks for processing
- Plan and prioritize feature backlogs
**Requirements**:
- Project management experience with digital projects/products
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of self-initiative
- Experience in software development is advantageous
- Positive, proactive team player who is passionate about their role
- Prioritization and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in German is required
