Technical Product Manager South Europe

Responsibilities:
Provide technical training to Hemro partners in South Europe
Address customer concerns and quality claims
Communicate closely with factories' quality and production
Maintain comprehensive product documentation
Gather market insights for innovation and benchmarking
Conduct product field tests in collaboration with R&D
Serve as the primary contact for sales and marketing for technical content
Drive operational excellence in the assigned areas
Handle the customer complaint process
Demonstrate and present products in various environments such as events, exhibitions, or offices
Oversee internal and external product documentation
Qualifications:
3 years of Product Management experience in a manufacturer, distributor, or related field or 3 years of experience in the coffee industry (e.g., roaster, café manager, wholesale or operations manager for roasted or green coffee)
