**Job Description**:
As a Technical Lead at Enpal's newly established branch in Italy, you will play a crucial role in introducing and establishing Heat Pump Air to Water technology in the Italian market. You will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of this innovative solution, from market analysis and team building to product development and successful deployment. This role demands strong technical leadership, expertise in Heat Pump Air to Water systems, and a comprehensive understanding of the Italian market dynamics in this domain.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Local Market Expertise**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the Italian market for Heat Pump Air to Water technology, including local regulations, pricing trends, and consumer preferences.
- ** Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing Heat Pump technology team in Italy, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- ** Technical Strategy**: Define and execute the Heat Pump technology strategy for the Italian market, aligning it with the company's global objectives and tailoring it to local needs.
- ** Product Development**: Oversee the end-to-end Heat Pump product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in technology leadership roles with a focus on Heat Pump systems, especially in the B2C segment.
- Deep knowledge of the Italian market for Heat Pump technology, including pricing dynamics, local regulations, and consumer preferences.
- Strong understanding of Heat Pump technologies, frameworks, and components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and local partners.
