Job Purpose:
Entry level technical role working in a specific solution/technology area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor), working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.
Responsibilities: Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs)Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiencesUnderstanding and application of vendor promotionsMaintain peer-level technical contacts in assigned vendorWork towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditationAssist the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilization ratesDevelop Product knowledge to a competent technical level in line with vendor/business expectationsDrive EOS and Win11 readiness of all resellersExecute POC/Technical Assessment events with top resellers to cover their top SMB customersConduct Win11 webinars for all resellers and their customersWork with all resellers to include Demand Generation questionnaire in their activities to drive Win10 EOS awarenessEngage with resellers post-event to ensure customer follow-up and timely execution of agreed plansReport on executed activities, including the number of events, partners engaged, and customers trained. Knowledge Skills and Experience: Effective oral and written communication skills.Strong understanding of Windows11 features, system requirements.Existing knowledge of product and technology portfolio is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role.Excellent communication and presentation skills to conduct webinars and training sessions.Strong organizational skills to manage events and follow-up activities.
