Technical Operations Buyer - Pharma

Talent Solution , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in  Florence , is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of  Technical Operations Buyer Main Activities and Responsabilities: 
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs understanding and clear procurement requirements;
• Scout market opportunities and seek for reliable suppliers;
• Perform spend analysis and cost benchmarking;
• Define sourcing strategies, lead complex procurement projects, perform competitive tenders and conduct commercial and contractual negotiations;
• Execute Procure-To-Pay activities;
• Carry out supplier evaluation and qualification process according to internal policies and procedures;
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance. Requirements: 
• University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent;
• 3-5 years working experience in the same role in multinational environments;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Capex & MRO Categories;
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams;
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution;
• Details oriented attitude with excellent critical thinking.
