Technical Operations Buyer - Pharma

Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Technical Operations Buyer Main Activities and Responsabilities: • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs understanding and clear procurement requirements, • Scout market opportunities and seek for reliable suppliers, • Perform spend analysis and cost benchmarking, • Define sourcing strategies, lead complex procurement projects, perform competitive tenders and conduct commercial and contractual negotiations, • Execute Procure-To-Pay activities, • Carry out supplier evaluation and qualification process according to internal policies and procedures, • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance. Requirements: • University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent, • 3-5 years working experience in the same role in multinational environments, • Fluency in English, • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Capex &, MRO Categories, • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams, • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, • Details oriented attitude with excellent critical thinking. vetrinabakeca
