Position: We are currently looking for a Technical Office Engineer for our Power Plant Construction Project near Venice.
He/She will be responsible for providing technical support or site engineering services to construction activities.
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for checking the Engineering Project documentation and managing any amendments and/or additions, as well as preparing the final "as-built" documentation to be returned to H.O.
Engineering; Prepare site technical queries, including field sketches and modifications to any project engineering drawings, as required; Prepare construction documents required for the execution of activities (i.e., method statements, lifting plans, test packs, temporary facilities layouts, site sketches, etc.
); Support the Field Engineering Manager in preparing documents required for constructability studies; Assist the material manager with material management relevant to the discipline; Assist with inspections, as required, to support the QA-QC group; Update information relevant to the specific discipline inside the construction management system tools made available for project execution and monitoring.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial construction EPC.
Advanced knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, design, and overall engineering and company standards required.
Knowledge of CAD and graphic software.
