Job Description Summary
ST is looking for an energetic and self-driven Technical Marketing Manager for Power Modules: to develop and drive new business & growth opportunities for the WW market. The role is based in Catania, Italy as part of the Power Module Business Unit.
Your Role (Responsibilities):
Develop and execute power module product roadmap for automotive and industrial markets
Align with sales, field application engineers, and key customers to ensure product development roadmap and timely execution
Implementation of the product roadmap in tight collaboration with R&D, design teams, manufacturing, program management, and other stakeholders
Develop & execute revenue plan
Help establish and maintain strong working relationship with key customers, marketing, FAEs and sales organizations
Define and actively contribute in the generation of the technical literature related to power modules
Participate in generation of products promotion activities with relevant marketing channels
Generate and keep updated sales & marketing collaterals such as product presentations, market analysis, competition benchmarking, and fighting guides
Your Skills and Experiences
Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in electrical engineering or related technical field, MBA is a plus
>5 years of experience in power semiconductors industry in general with also focus on power modules and power switch Silicon, Silicon Carbide and GaN based
Solid knowledge and experience in high-voltage and high-power electronics
Candidates with relevant background on applications competencies will be preferred
Experience in power modules packaging of high-power components is a plus
Track record of successful implementation of new product business plan or major design-in is preferred
Experience in leading design-in activities with WW customers
Strong verbal and written communications skills, fluency in English a must, German and/or Chinese an added advantage
Team building, open minded, business oriented, active listening, able to interface with customer and company stakeholders, self-initiative, self-motivating, prepared to continue changing, learning and growing.
Travel availability is required, up to one third of time
