YOUR ROLE To be responsible for marketing activities for POWER MODULES.
Her/his main accountability will be: Market analysis/Competition Analysis: Identify market trends & defining market and customer segmentation. Release short and medium - long terms forecast and secure budget adherence. Ability to drive temporary team to achieve a defined common goal. Support the power module roadmap and product portfolio definition for a specific application segment to enter, consolidate or grow ST presence. Customer support. Promote Power modules solutions with the aim to increase global market share. Participate & Sponsor training and promotion events. Facilitate and actively support Design-in activities, Business Management & Forecasting. Design-in/win tracking for the region, sector or customers list assigned. Define the appropriate strategies and relative marketing tools for maximizing and harmonizing group promotional and commercial approach. Cooperate with MARCOM, Application and SRA to develop advertising material: video, webinar, flyers, evaluation boards, datasheets, Application notes, brochures, panels, press releases, etc. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES The Candidate must have: Technical Marketing & Communication Skills. Solid electronic background (application competencies are preferred). Knowledge of the power market in general and specific of power modules and power switch including the one based on WBG; entrepreneurial ability, strong relational skills and availability to travel. Knowledge of Automotive and Industrial market trends.
