The key mission of the candidate is to increase the top line and market share of the SiC MOSFET BU by defining the appropriate product roadmap and leading the design-in activities with the key customers for both automotive and industrial domains.Profile The candidate should exibits:1. A good technical background of the Power transistors devices , better if related to the wide bandgap SiC MOSFET technology;2. The knowledge of the relevant key applications (automotive & Industrial) where the SiC MOSFETs devices are involved ( Traction Inverter, on board charger, Power supply, Solar Inverter, etc. ) ;3. Very good communication skills and very good ability of team working;4.
