Technical Manager

As a key member of the Global Technical Operations team, you will manage a team of analysts operating solar plants across multiple countries. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the team, strategic planning, risk management, and operational decision-making based on team insights. You'll focus on optimizing performance across client portfolios, maximizing uptime, and managing relationships with service providers, clients, and partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of analysts.
Develop strategies for managing and growing client portfolios.
Ensure timely reporting and delivery of client solutions.
Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Prepare reports on project status, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
Experience & QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in asset management or technical roles in renewable energy.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, especially solar.
Excellent project management capabilities.
