We are looking for a Technical Management Support for our plant located in Caivano (Naples) that supports the development of new production processes at a local level, for the creation of samples, and supports the interface sales activities with customers and suppliers for everything concerning the technical part of the product and process. Coordination of product industrialization projects in accordance with the APQP and PFMEA processes. Support for the development and implementation of automation and production equipment in the automotive sector.
Your Responsibilities: Support the development of new product and/or production processes at the local level in teamwork with the operations and KC CSC technical engineering.Design and realize (internal or through 3rd parties) prototypes and toolings (bonding process and measuring).Perform testing of any parts produced in the plant in coordination with the KC CSC engineering and the operations.Support sales activities by interfacing with customers in coordination with the sales and KC technical engineering for everything regarding the technical part of the product and process.Coordinate product industrialization projects in accordance with the APQP and PFMEA processes and in coordination with the KC CSC technical engineering.Support the development and propose process and product changes and improvements by interfacing with the respective interlocutors for their approval.Support the operation in the design and realization of internal and external automations.Manage projects assigned to you.Draw the equipment necessary for prototypes, production, and project development.Identify packaging specifications and/or other accessory specifications requested by the customer.Conduct testing analysis and reports of products for internal or external scope.Provide technical support to sales functions in coordination with the KC Italy Technical Manage in relation to products and processes.Support operations with the automation development.Assist in the purchasing process related to the technical aspect of new suppliers, products, and/or processes.Support price calculations and/or identification of relative production hypotheses in coordination with the operation.Your Profile: Mechanical Engineering degree.Skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industrial Automation, Mechanical Design.Fluent in English, both spoken and written. A second language between French and German is preferable.Good knowledge of Office applications and CAD, Solid Works, and similar drawing software.Skills in Project Management and utilization of project management tools.Knowledge of the principles relating to the main automotive production processes.Previous experience as an Application Engineer (minimum two years).Knowledge of materials, products, and production processes of synchronizers or automotive.Experience in project management.General knowledge of CSR, PFMEA, APQP.We offer: Aside from a dynamic global culture and leading market position, we are proud to offer our employees development opportunities, competitive salary, and a robust benefit program.
